We want you to be delighted with your CocoonU purchase. If the goods you have chosen do not meet with your full approval please return them to us within 14 days, unused and in their original packaging and we will be happy to exchange or refund as your instructions. Please obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit. Please take time to read the care instructions on your purchases as we are unable to accept items for refund which have been damaged in the wash.
