Christmas spirit arrived at Montpellier Mews in Harrogate last Thursday, giving CocoonU the opportunity to officially launch their new boutique at number 5. Festivities kicked off late afternoon and Vanessa finally shut the door in a daze at 9 pm! Customers enjoyed a glass of prosecco and unrivalled home made mince pies (thanks Vanessa’s Mum!) while they perused a previously unseen cashmere paradise. Outside, small people queued in anticipation to enter Santa’s Grotto directly opposite us, debating how much they had clocked up on the naughty/nice chart, while their Mums (and a few Dads..) peered longingly through the window at the delights on offer in CocoonU.
As they started to wander inside, Vanessa received many comments on how individual both the boutiqe and its’ collection are. Even small children oohed and ahheed at the softness of the cashmere. The bespoke nature of the CocoonU boutique was fantastically well received, with everyone loving the opportunity to browse, try on exquisite cashmere pieces and experiment with looks, away from the mainstream of Christmas retail. As the entire cashmere range is unique to CocoonU, customers could fully see a collection that cannot be found anywhere else and is all ethically sourced.
Our loofah soaps also did a storm and are incredibly popular with both men and women.
Several people commented how you need time to really browse and take in the full range, sometimes taking a couple of visits to make that final purchasing decision. There will be lots of you enjoying a CocoonU Happy Christmas!
