Always a fan of essential oils and sporting a bathroom crammed with a wide variety of products, I have always loved the organic shampoo bars upon their arrival at CocoonU HQ, but have remained devoted to the Rosemary & Lavender bar since first use – its awakening fragrance and the lovely shine it brings to my hair causing me to become addicted (plus the fact it lasts for months) . However, due to the winter season drying out my thatch, I decided to try the Chamomile, Rose and Honey bar for a hair pick me up.
I am so glad I did! The most striking feature of this product is the absolutely heavenly aroma.  Tuned essential oil senses will be able to pick out the individual fragrance of each of the three main ingredients and together they form the most beautiful scent, that is also long lasting. Late for an assignment last week and with hair not properly dried, I arrived to find the heating had broken down with only a fan heater for warmth. A quick blast (at a safe distance..) from the heater on my hair to render me presentable (note: not to be tried at home.. but the same effect can be achieved with a hair dryer!) had the unexpected effect of filling the whole room with the divine smell of chamomile, roses and honey, blended to perfection… provoking subsequent questions on the source of this touch of heaven in the air. Vanessa was deeply impressed, but would like to say this is over and above the expectations of product promotion!
Soft, moisturised hair also resulted from my shampoo bar experimentation. I definitely need to explore the whole range…
